This is the question I get asked the most. A better question might be "What is your budget?" Marketing and design projects can take a variety of paths--each ranging in cost. Most of the time it's best to put together a workable budget that allows for enough time to create a solution that meets the project criteria and can realistically meet the goals. |

For new clients most projects are billed with a 30% deposit to get the project started, with the balance billed monthly as the project is completed. I have found that many clients prefer being billed in increments throughout the project rather than one larger invoice at the end. For regular clients, I can bill hourly. However, for larger projects, I pur together a detailed proposal with the costs outlined so there are no surprises. |

In order to give you a good design and concepts that achieve good results, I do need a reasonable amount of time to put some thought into it. Once that is completed, I also like to discuss possible ideas with you, so that we're both in agreement before proceeding forward. In addition, we must take into consideration what is being done with the piece once it is developed. We may want to allow additional time for printing and/or mailing timelines. These can add an additional 2-4 weeks to a project. |
